What exactly is meditation?

Meditation is a spiritual practice that does not require a belief in any doctrine or theology. Anyone can benefit from its practice, regardless of cultural or religious affiliation. Meditation reduces stress and improves health, concentration, and focus. It is a tool for self-transformation that quiets the mind and leads to peace, tranquility, and wisdom.

The gift of meditation is not what you can attain but what you can remove. Meditation helps people to let go of fear, confusion, and dissatisfaction. It softens the personality and fosters serenity and joy. It assists in developing greater compassion, patience, and peace in every facet of life.





For the beginning meditator, it can be difficult to know how to start and maintain a meditation practice. I offer services to help the beginner on the path to a Peaceful Meditation with private or group meditation lessons and private or group guided meditations.



Caring for yourself with a regular meditation practice is quite possibly the most important gift you will ever give yourself.
